Aluminized zinc Steel Plate surface is a unique smooth, flat and gorgeous star flower, the primary color is silver white. The special coating structure makes it have excellent corrosion resistance. The normal service life of the aluminized zinc plate can reach 25a, and the heat resistance is very good. It can be used in the high temperature environment of 315℃. Coating and film adhesion is good, has good machining performance, can be stamping, shearing, welding, etc.; The surface conducts electricity very well.
The coating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon, respectively. The production process of aluminized zinc steel plate is similar to that of Galvanized Steel Plate and aluminized plate in that it is a continuous melting plating process. Aluminum plated zinc steel plate with 55% aluminum zinc alloy coating has superior corrosion resistance compared with galvanized steel plate of the same thickness when both sides are exposed to the same environment. 55% aluminum zinc alloy plating aluminum zinc steel plate not only has good corrosion resistance, color coating products have excellent adhesion and flexibility.
